Why you'll love it

This strand puts small LEDs on thin wire of silver-colored copper. The wire bends and stays where you put it, so it wraps a headboard, a mirror or a jar without hooks.

It runs on batteries (3 AA), so it goes where no cord can reach. Lengths run 7 feet with 20 or more lights. It comes with a 6-hour timer.

Colors: 7 colors. Warm white is the one that suits a bedroom.

Good to know before you buy

  • A battery strand dims as the batteries run down. For hours every night, a plug-in strand is cheaper to run.
  • Bending the thin wire sharply at the same spot again and again can break it. Wrap in loose curves.
